In the WebConnect Admin program dialog, there are two fields with User name and password information. If you *do not* use these fields (greyed out), make sure that any information in the fields are cleared before any of the check boxes are selected. Looks as if the logon information is still being used, even if the check box is selected and the fields are greyed out.
