We're looking into having our customers enter CRs directly via WebConnect. As to keep them from interfering too much we only give them Add and Read access. The CRs created, however, have no responsible and therefore no automatic mail is generated.
Of course our daily routine could include a checking for new CRs in the project, but is there any way to have new CRs given a default responsible?
